Ms. Faith Mbatha

Faith is a Board Member and the Project Management Director at Kwetu Pay It Forward Foundation. She oversees the foundation's initiatives, ensuring they align with its mission and goals. Faith leads a dedicated team that plans, executes, monitors & controls projects, handles stakeholder communication, performance reporting, and problem resolution to ensure project success.

Faith holds a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in quantity surveying from the University of Nairobi and brings 10 years of experience in real estate, construction, and public-private partnership projects. As a Board Member, she helps shape the strategic direction and governance of the foundation, collaborating closely with fellow board members to develop policies and strategies that advance the foundation's objectives.

Faith is devoted to ensure that the foundation creates top premium academic centres of excellence in Kenya's marginalized areas, providing children with the resources and opportunities they need to succeed. She is delighted to work with partners, community members, alumni, and donors to ensure that the foundation's programs are successful and have a long-term impact on the lives of the children we serve.
